Learn how to make your own botanical skincare products in this fun and relaxing class. Attendees will learn to create organic whipped body butters, body scrubs and balms to keep your skin healthy year round. 

Whether you want to learn this fun craft for personal use or to advance your own skincare business, this class will provide you with the knowledge to enhance your skillset in natural skincare. 

Marla Bosworth will guide you to connect with nature and create organic skincare products using natural materials. You will learn how to formulate products, incorporate botanicals and herbs, how to customize recipes, and more. Not only will you finish the craft workshop with a beautiful set of skincare products, but you will also have plenty of knowledge to continue your crafting journey on your own. 

Students will make and take:

- Organic Whipped Body Butter (not a cream and does not contain water). 
- Organic Body Scrub
- Organic & Healing Skin Balms/Lotion Bars

Take a pause from your busy schedule to treat yourself. This workshop will allow you to connect with your mind and body by creating wonderful healing and protective products to take home for another moment of self-care and wellbeing. This is also a useful workshop for aromatherapists, massage therapists, spa owners, and beauty entrepreneurs. 

No prior experience or knowledge is necessary. Perfect for beginners and advanced skincare makers.

Marla creates high experiential workshops - a holistic perspective of learning by transforming new information. If you've ever attended any of her classes you know the energy she creates is positive, supportive, educational and fun. Marla is the CEO of Back Porch Soap Company. She has been making plant-based beauty products and soap for 25 years.

Course Fee: Early bird price $198 early bird.  Regular rate of $248 thereafter. Fee includes workshop, materials, supplies, ingredients and a valuable handout with recipes, formulation tips, instructions and a list of our favorite suppliers.
