Arrival, Attendance & Refund Policy
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time. A 5-minute grace period is allowed; after that time, late entry is not permitted. Once class has started, instruction cannot be paused, and we are unable to take phone calls or admit late arrivals. Tickets are non-refundable and may not be rebooked, rescheduled, or transferred to a different date or time. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with advance notice. No exceptions will be made for traffic, transit delays, or personal scheduling issues. Booking a ticket confirms that you have read and agree to this policy.
