This is a brand new workshop led by visiting guest instructor, Holly Port!
Join us in July and make plant-based, all-natural men's beard grooming products: beard oil/shave oil and beard wax/hair pomade/moustache wax. In one evening you'll gain knowledge about which plant oils are the best to select and which essential oils are safe to use. This workshop is for students looking to make products for themselves, friends and family, or to sell as a product line in your indie beauty brand.
What is beard oil? It is a conditioning blend of oils that soften both skin and beard. Students will learn to make beard oils using essential oils and a blend of moisturizing plant oils.
Students will also learn how to make a hops-infused beard balm. Beard balms help soften and soothe the skin under the beard.
This is a hands-on workshop taught by indie beauty expert, Holly Port from Lotion Bar Cafe (see bio below).
